HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 15, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. According to complainant, the
parties are very close to an agreement on compliance language for the proposed
stipulation and settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on January 14, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
