HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 11, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties represented that they have not discussed a possible
resolve with each other since the filing of the complaint. The parties represented that
they will discuss the above-captioned matter with each other prior to the next telephonic
status conference. The respondent represented that its answer is due to be filed by
November 22, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on November 14, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. The status conference must be
initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
