HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 4, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties represented that it appears that a resolution has been
reached in the above-captioned matter. To that end, complainant anticipates that it will
file a motion to voluntarily dismiss within the next 7 days.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on November 8, 2007, at 11:30 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing. If, however, complainant files a motion to dismiss prior to the next
telephonic status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
