HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 25, 2007, respondent informed the hearing officer that its witnesses
for the hearing set for October 24, 2007 are not available on that date due to a conflicting
hearing. This hearing is rescheduled for November 6, 2007. The hearing notice issued
today also reflects a change in location.
The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on October 16, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is January 10, 2008.
