    (UST Appeal)
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
On June 21, 2007, at the parties’ request, the Board extended until September 1, 2007, the
time period for F.A. Stein Oil Company (petitioner) to appeal a May 4, 2007 determination of
the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).
    See
    415 ILCS 5/40(a)(1) (2006); 35 Ill.
Adm. Code 101.300(b), 105.402, 105.406. The determination concerns petitioner’s underground
storage tank (UST) site located at 1702 State Street in East St. Louis, St. Clair County. The
Agency partially denied petitioner’s request for reimbursement from the UST Fund regarding
petitioner’s leaking UST site. Because petitioner failed to timely file an appeal, the Board
dismisses this case and closes the docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, John Therriault, Assistant Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the
Board adopted the above order on September 20, 2007, by a vote of 4-0.
