HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 25, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties continue to make progress in settlement discussions. Petitioner
agreed to file an additional deadline waiver to March 20, 2008 within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 3:00 p.m. on November 13, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioners.
The decision deadline is currently January 24, 2008.
