On September 25, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Respondent did not respond to complainant’s
request to admit facts. Complainant intends to file a motion for summary judgment by
November 21, 2007.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on November 21, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
