HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 24, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has made changes to the
proposed settlement agreement, and complainant will send the revised document to respondent
for review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on November 26, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
