HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 24, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The witness has been deposed, and respondent plans to file a
motion for summary judgment within the next 30 days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on November 19, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
