HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 20, 2007, the parties participated separately in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Petitioner agreed to file a motion to voluntarily dismiss this
matter within seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on October 23, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline for this case is December 20, 2007.
