HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 19, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant sent respondent the names of two companies that offer alternative
solutions. Respondent reports that one of the companies stated that it has no experience with car
washes. Respondent is still waiting to hear back from the second company. If the second
company does not work out, respondent asked complainant to narrow down any further
alternatives to those that are willing to work with a car wash situation. Otherwise, respondent is
prepared to proceed with the prototype solution previously offered.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on October 22, 2007. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant.
