HEARING OFFICER ORDER
The parties are hereby advised that the above-captioned matter has been assigned
to the hearing officer identified below. From this date forward, any documents filed with
the Clerk of the Board must also be served individually on the hearing officer. At the
August 30, 2007, telephonic status conference on a related appeal, the petitioner
represented that it would file a waiver of the statutory decision deadline to and including
February 21, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on November 8, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. The status conference must be
initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
