HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 14, 2007, the parties submitted a proposed discovery schedule.
The discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows. Written discovery must be
served on or before October 21, 2007. Responses to the written discovery must be served
on or before November 20, 2007. All party depositions and fact witness depositions must
be completed on or before February 11, 2008. Expert witness disclosures, including any
reports from retained experts are due from the complainant on or before March 12, 2008,
and from the respondent on or before April 11, 2008. All dispositive motions must be
filed on or before May 12, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic pre-
hearing conference with the hearing officer on October 25, 2007, at 9:45 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
