HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 12, 2007, the parties submitted a joint proposed discovery
schedule. The proposed discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as follows. All
written discovery must be served on or before January 15, 2008. All responses to written
discovery must be served on or before February 15, 2008. All oral discovery, including
but not limited to depositions and subpoenas

before May 30, 2008. All dispositive motions must be filed on or before July 30, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic pre-
hearing conference with the hearing officer on November 8, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
