HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 11, 2007, the parties submitted a joint proposed second amended
discovery schedule. The proposed discovery schedule is accepted to the extent as
follows. Depositions of lay or fact witnesses must be completed on or before November
5, 2007. Requests to admit must be served on or before December 3, 2007. Requests for
disclosure of expert witnesses must be served on or before December 3, 2007. Written
expert witnesses disclosure must be served on or before January 7, 2008. Depositions of
expert witnesses must be completed on or before March 7, 2008. All dispositive and pre-
hearing motions must be filed on or before May 23, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on November 8, 2007, at 10:30 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
