HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 5, 2007, the parties informed the hearing officer that productive
settlement discussions continue. To that end, it was agreed that the complainant must file
its response to respondent’s motion for leave to file answer instanter, on or before
September 28, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on September 20, 2007, 10:15 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
