HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 12, 2007, the hearing officer advised the parties that a status conference would
be set if the proposed stipulation and settlement agreement was not filed with the Board by
August 13, 2007. To date, the agreement has not been filed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 3:00 p.m. on October 9, 2007. If the agreement is filed with the Board before this date,
the status conference shall be cancelled with no further notice.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
