HEARING OFFICER ORDER

with the hearing officer. The parties have reached a tentative agreement, and
complainant will prepare a proposed stipulation for respondent’s review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on October 29, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
