HEARING OFFICER ORDER

hearing officer. The site is now in compliance, and the parties are discussing a penalty amount.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on October 9, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
