HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 11, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondents did not appear. A site visit and a meeting with the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency are planned, after which the penalty issues will be reviewed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on November 13, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
