HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 11, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent expects to complete work at the site by November
1, 2007, at which time complainant will reinspect the property.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on November 13, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
