HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 6, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Complainant is considering the additional information provided
by respondent, and is deciding on the best manner in which to proceed with this case.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
