Due to a hearing officer scheduling conflict, the telephonic status conference scheduled
for September 11, 2007, is hereby cancelled and rescheduled to the date and time noted below.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on September 27, 2007, at 11:45 a.m. The status conference
must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
