HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 30, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties have been discussing a possible resolve in the above-
captioned matter and anticipate a meeting in the near future. Respondent filed a written
motion for an extension of time to answer or otherwise plead. By agreement
respondent’s motion was granted and its answer or other pleading is now due on or
before November 9, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on October 25, 2007, at 9:30 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
