HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 30, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant is finalizing settlement language for all respondents, and hopes
that this matter will be resolved before the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on October 29, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
