HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 30, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondents did not appear. According to complainant, the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency reports that respondents do not need to take further action for
technical compliance. The parties are now discussing a penalty amount.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on October 29, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
