HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 27, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s bankruptcy attorney advised complainant that the stipulation in
this matter has been filed with the bankruptcy court. The parties are now waiting for the
bankruptcy court’s ruling.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on September 25, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
