HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 27, 2007, respondent participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant did not appear. Respondent reports that the parties are trying to
meet with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to determine what needs to be
accomplished in order to close the site.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on September 25, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
