HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 21, 2007, petitioner Waste Management of Illinois Inc. (WMII) informed the
hearing officer that it will file an additional waiver of the statutory decision deadline, to and
including December 20, 2007.
In light of the additional waiver, the revised briefing schedule is as follows. The
respondent’s post-hearing brief is now due to be filed on or before October 15, 2007. WMII’s
reply brief, if any, is due to be filed on or before November 9, 2007.
