HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 20, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Petitioner will prefile answers to the Board’s questions tomorrow,
and will prefile testimony for an additional four witnesses by the end of the week. The
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency does not plan to prefile any testimony or
answers to the Board’s questions, but will have staff present at the hearing to answer the
Board’s questions.
As previously established, a hearing is set for August 28, 2007, with concurrent briefs
due by September 10, 2007, and concurrent responses due by September 18, 2007.
