HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 20, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. According to complainant,
respondent is reviewing the proposed settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on October 22, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
