HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 9, 2007, the City of Rochelle (City), filed an agreed request to revise
the briefing schedule. On August 8, 2007, the City filed an additional waiver of the
statutory decision deadline to and including November 15, 2007. Tot that end, the City’s
request is granted to the extent as follows. Respondents’ opening brief and the amicus
brief is now due to be filed on or before October 1, 2007. Petitioner’s reply, if any, is
now due to be filed on or before October 15, 2007. The mailbox rule will not apply to
petitioner’s reply brief.
