HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 14, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. There are still some minor issues remaining at the site that respondent will
address when the temperature cools down a bit.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:15 a.m. on September 13, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
