HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 14, 2007, the parties participated separately in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Petitioner will check with its consultant to determine
whether a new permit application is needed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on September 13, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
