HEARING OFFICER ORDER

hearing officer. Complainant remains concerned with the effectiveness of respondent’s proposed
remedy, and will send respondent a list of alternative solutions.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on September 18, 2007. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
the complainant.
