HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 6, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties do not yet know whether a global settlement will be
possible with the enforcement case pending in Macoupin County. Accordingly,
complainant will contact the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to request a
penalty demand for this docket.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:30 a.m. on September 18, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
