HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 6, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Within the next month or two, the parties expect the bids to be approved for
funding from the dry cleaner fund.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on October 9, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
