HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 2, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner is reviewing some final issues, but it is possible that a motion to
voluntarily dismiss will be filed before the next status conference. If the case is not dismissed,
petitioner is directed to file an additional deadline waiver before the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on September 20, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
The decision deadline for this case is December 20, 2007.
