HEARING OFFICER ORDER

hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainant reports that respondent is reviewing a
draft stipulation. Respondent’s attorney is directed to file an appearance with the Clerk of the
Board.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on October 29, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
