HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 31, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant will send respondent a revised stipulation that includes language
pertaining to respondent’s bankruptcy proceedings. Respondent will then send the draft to the
bankruptcy attorney for review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on August 27, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
