HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 31, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are waiting for respondent’s technical unit to clarify some final
issues, but are optimistic that this appeal will be resolved soon.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on October 2, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
