HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 26, 2007, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The petitioner represented that it has completed its review of the
record. The parties represented that they will schedule and attempt to complete
depositions prior to the next status conference. Hearing dates will be discussed at the
next status conference.
The petitioner represented that it has no objection to the motion for leave to file
partial administrative record filed by the respondent on April 27, 2007.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on September 26, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
