HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 23, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. A hearing is set for August 28, 2007. Concurrent briefs will be due
by September 10, 2007, and concurrent responses will be due by September 18, 2007. At
the next status conference, the parties will disclose how many witnesses they intend to
call at hearing.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on August 13, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
