HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 16, 2007, the County informed the hearing officer that it would withdraw
the citation because respondents had cleaned the site. Accordingly, the hearing set for
July 19, 2007 was cancelled.
If the County does not withdraw the citation by August 6, 2007, the hearing
officer will set a status conference.
