HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 23, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent is conducting groundwater tests to determine the feasibility of
burying the affected portions of the site.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on October 22, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
