ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):
On July 2, 2007, Silbrico Corporation (Silbrico) filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss this
rulemaking proposal. Before the filing of this motion, Silbrico had been seeking a site-specific
rule for its manufacturing facility located at 6300 River Road in Hodgkins, Cook County.
Specifically, Silbrico filed a petition on July 19, 2005, proposing a rule allowing it to dispose of
what it characterized as its nonhazardous, inert perlite waste at a “construction and demolition
debris” facility. The Board grants Silbrico’s motion for voluntary dismissal, dismisses this
    proceeding, and closes the docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, John Therriault, Assistant Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the
Board adopted the above order on July 12, 2007, by a vote of 4-0.
