HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 18, 2007, petitioner’s attorney advised the hearing that he had not been able to
reach petitioner about dismissing this appeal, but he anticipates filing a motion to voluntarily
dismiss before the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on August 14, 2007. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
