HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 16, 2007, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney did not appear, but complainant reported that she agreed
to file a motion to withdraw the petition for review, as respondent has already paid the fine.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:45 a.m. on August 15, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
