HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 12, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Petitioner will submit a revised application within the next 30 days
for respondent’s review, and will file an additional deadline waiver to April 3, 2008
within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 1:30 p.m. on November 13, 2007. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline in this case is currently October 18, 2007.
