HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 9, 2007, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have started settlement discussions, but cannot make
significant progress until respondent gets funding to resolve the compliance issues. The
parties agree that the deadline for respondent’s answer is extended until such time as it
appears that a hearing will be needed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 1:30 p.m. on October 15, 2007. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
